EVOKE London to open first UK showroom in Marylebone Village
EVOKE London is set to open its first UK showroom in The Howard de Walden Estate’s Marylebone Village.
The showroom, which will be located at 27a Devonshire Street, will be a space dedicated to platforming an array of beautiful, handcrafted pieces for interior spaces, made by traditional artisan communities in India, Africa and across the world, through fair networks of sourcing and collaboration.
Rob Kirk, Head of Retail & Leisure at The Howard de Walden Estate, commented: “Marylebone is known for its interior design credentials, and as such, we are pleased to be welcoming such a unique and eclectic showroom to the area as Evoke London for their first UK location.”
EVOKE London was founded by Vandana Poddar, Sridhar Poddar and interior designer Leo Stathakis.
Leonora Stathakis, Co-Founder of EVOKE London commented: “We are delighted to be able to finally open our doors to the Marylebone Village community. Vibrant spirit and thoughtfulness of this community is what made us fall in love with it and we’re happy to be able to share our vision with you now. We bring a handpicked selection of objects that are not just exquisite, but also carry cultural and historic significance.”
The showroom is set to open from late March 2021 (subject to lockdown restrictions).
