Elmtree
Elmtree, Howard de Walden’s flexible workspace offering, has officially opened the doors to its first branch at 34-36 Queen Anne Street.
This sophisticated workspace is the perfect blend of modern, stylish interiors whilst simultaneously integrating the rich heritage of the converted space.
Powered by our operating partner, Spacemade, the facilities comprise private offices, agile workspaces, meeting rooms and break-out rooms all intended to elevate the work experience and cater for the evolving nature of our work patterns.
Throughout the project, Howard de Walden and Spacemade worked closely together on the design specification across all angles, with even the name being thoughtfully considered. ‘Elmtree’ is inspired by the celebrated elm tree at the top of Marylebone High Street, which at 150 years’ old, is thought to be one of London’s oldest elms. The iconic tree, that survived the ravages of Dutch elm disease and narrowly avoided a World War II bomb, was also the inspiration behind the Marylebone Village logo that features an elm leaf.
Elmtree members can enjoy the benefits of an on-site community team, member events, fully stocked kitchens, showers and changing facilities, access to the Marylebone Village Privilege Card that offers 10% off in participating shops, bars, restaurants and cafés in Marylebone Village.
This timeless workspace combines elegance and flexibility in a prime central London location, enabling people to work efficiently, inspire creativity and enjoy everything that Marylebone Village has to offer.
