CEO Statement

As the next wave of restrictions ease, and we see non-essential retail, outdoor hospitality and attractions reopen on April 12th, we are hugely excited to resume more activity across the estate, and welcome visitors back safely and securely to Marylebone Village.

We know that many businesses and individuals are still in challenging circumstances, and therefore we remain committed to promoting, supporting, and enhancing our community through our responsible stewardship and work with local community and charitable partners. We are proud to have been able to maintain our existing commitments over the past year and increase our support to help those impacted by Covid-19.

To support the successful reopening of many shops and services, we are introducing temporary pedestrianisation of Marylebone Lane, providing extra space and freedom for visitors to enjoy. The launch of our ‘Meet me in Marylebone’ campaign will also bring a variety of activities, promotions and collaborations hosted by our retailers and restaurants. We hope our occupiers, shoppers, residents, and visitors will enjoy the initiatives during this period. Visit our Marylebone Village website and Instagram for the most up to date information.

We very much look forward to welcoming you back to our wonderful Village.

Mark Kildea
Interim Chief Executive
