Marylebone Summer Festival goes digital

The Howard de Walden Estate launches annual Summer Festival online

The Howard de Walden Estate has announced that its annual Marylebone Village Summer Festival will take place digitally this year.

In a first for one of the major property companies moving its major events to online platforms, Howard de Walden’s public Festival, which typically attracts over 30,000 visitors to the Marylebone area, will be delivered virtually as Marylebone Village's Summer Festival Goes Digital.

The event has been extended this year to run from the 8th – 14th June 2020 and will have a different theme each day, with a variety of Q&A’s, demonstrations, tutorials, live classes and more.

Rob Kirk, Head of Retail & Leisure at The Howard de Walden Estate, comments: “It is very important to us that we continue to support our occupiers in many different ways during this period of uncertainty. We hope that by engaging with our consumers digitally, we will assist in raising the awareness of the retail offering and driving the sales process both now and in the future.”

It will take place across the Marylebone Village website and social media channels with activities from brands including Agnes b, Luca Faloni, Anthropologie, The Little Greene, The Ginger Pig and La Fromagerie and many more.

The theme days are as follows:

Monday 8 June – Food and Drink

Tuesday 9 June – Beauty and Wellness

Wednesday 10 June – Children and Family

Thursday 11 June – Fashion

Friday 12 June – Home and Garden

Saturday 13 June – Film

Sunday 14 June – Music
