Arab Health 2024: A Recap

From the 29 January to 1 February, 130,000 global attendees descended on the Dubai World Trade Centre from all corners of the healthcare industry.

The HSMA were based in the ABHI UK Pavilion showcasing the very best of London’s healthcare excellence.

Julian Best, Executive Property Director, at Howard de Walden reflects on his personal highlights from the event.

New Faces and Diverse Perspectives: HSMA was accompanied by a mix of operators from those who are recent additions to Harley Street as well as longstanding occupiers. Resultingly, we had a hugely diverse collection of leaders in oncology, orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological & mental health, fertility, ophthalmology, diagnostic imaging, pharmaceutical and other specialisms attending this year. Their presence injected fresh perspectives as many esteemed clinicians hosted a variety of presentations and simulated medical procedures during the conference, showcasing their expertise in healthcare.

Benefitting our Occupiers: Arab Health provided an excellent platform for establishing connections with new and exciting healthcare providers. Simultaneously, it offered tangible benefits for our existing occupiers who found immense value in networking with like-minded professionals and institutions potentially leading to future collaboration opportunities.

Flying the flag for UK: Our thirteen occupiers representing HSMA merely scratched the surface of what we offer to patients across the world. With world-leading expertise across key healthcare domains, HSMA boasts over 5,000 healthcare specialists and 250 clinics spread across 95 acres of Marylebone, Central London. Arab Health served as a valuable opportunity to showcase our state-of-the-art and innovative healthcare services.

Arab Health 2024 served as a dynamic platform for Harley Street Medical Area to showcase its breadth, foster collaborations, and explore new horizons in healthcare. As we continue our unwavering commitment to providing world-leading healthcare for a global audience, we are excited to see what opportunities lie ahead in the coming year for our community.
