Development Spotlight - The Pulman

The Pulman is Howard de Walden’s new office offering, spanning 18,000 sq ft on Thayer Street, in the heart of Marylebone Village.

Underpinned by style and elegance, the building has been meticulously designed to prioritise employee well-being and productivity.

With the development’s name taken from the highly regarded George Pulman & Sons, a stationery and publishing house, that originally stood in its place, the building has been carefully created for the new millennium. This office space projects quality, making it the perfect headquarters for premium occupiers.

Sleek interiors feature throughout the building, from the dedicated office reception, all the way through to the roof terrace on the fourth floor. Floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to fill the space and supplementary features include two 8-person lifts, VRV air conditioning, showers, and 30 dedicated cycle spaces, lockers and a drying room.

Howard de Walden is committed to delivering sustainable spaces that have minimal impact on the environment and The Pulman is no exception. The building has been delivered to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard, incorporating a green roof and landscaped terraces. Further ESG credentials include the Air Rated ‘Gold’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings.

Situated in the prime location of Marylebone, The Pulman is in close proximity to a diverse range of popular shops, bars, and restaurants.  Additionally, it is just a short walk to Bond Street underground station and Oxford Circus, as well as green spaces such as Regent’s Park and Paddington Street Gardens.
