Prognosis, Issue 11
The latest issue of the Harley Street Medical Area periodical.
In his introduction to Prognosis Issue 11 Mark Kildea, chief executive of The Howard de Walden Estate talks about ‘London: A Global Hub for Life Sciences’, a conference held under the chairmanship of the Rt Hon Professor Lord Kakkar KBE, PC in October 2022. Participants from healthcare, life sciences, business, property and law discussed the opportunities for London to cement its place as a key location in the global life sciences arena, and the major role the Harley Street Medical Area (HSMA) can play in driving this process. Mark noted that while the conference identified significant challenges, there was real optimism about the future and he firmly believes that the HSMA can play a leading role in the process going forward.
This issue showcases some of the cutting edge treatments available in the HSMA that are moving us towards that future.
