The Howard de Walden Estate appoints Property Management Director

  • The Howard de Walden Estate has appointed a new Property Management Director to lead on the Estate’s £3.3bn commercial portfolio.
     
    Paul Bakker, formerly head of the Estate’s Southern Management Team will take up the role with immediate effect following an extensive search process.
     
    Andrew Hynard, Chief Executive of The Howard de Walden Estate, commented “Paul has been an incredibly valuable part of our management team and we are delighted to announce that he will now be leading on our commercial portfolio. Paul knows the Estate inside out, and has a clear vision for evolving the future direction of the management activities which are focussed on excellent customer relations.”
