The 2010 Season
Witches, Woods and Mistaken Identity will open on 24 May 2010

The Crucible: 24 May - 19 June
Tim Sheader will direct Arthur Miller’s thriller – this electrifying play is set amid the Salem witch hunts of the 1690’sand explores timeless themes such as jealousy, superstition and passion within a narrative that has you gripped right up until its breathtaking climax.

A Comedy of Errors: 24 June - 31 July
Shakespeare’s rollicking farce, a witty merry-go-round of mistaken identity. The story of two sets of identical twins wandering around the same town unbeknownst to each is one of rip-roaring hilarity, but as broken relationships are slowly pieced together, the conclusion is truly heart warming.

Macbeth (re-imagined for everyone aged six and over):  3 July - 31 July
Continuing our programming of Shakespeare tailored for a family audience we present this thundering drama of ambition and witchcraft.

Into The Woods: 5 August - 11 September
Stephen Sondheim’s multi-award winning musical. The show takes the stories of the brothers Grimm and gives them a dark and humorous twist, upending our expectations quite brilliantly. Into the Woods in the open air – what could be more perfect?
